Case Study: Teal House, Uxbridge
Guttercrest worked with John Nason to deliver a bespoke guttering and fascia solution to an office block refurbishment and extension project in Uxbridge, Middlesex.
100m of bespoke aluminium fascia, cladding and hidden rainwater guttering was supplied to fit in with the contemporary look of the office building.
The impressive glass frontage of the new entrance was complimented with Guttercrest’s aluminium cladding, fascias and column casings in RAL7005.
The feature dormer window is framed with aluminium dormer cladding and a concealed rainwater system. Guttercrest worked with the contractor to colour match the existing fascia along the roofline, adding to the streamlined look.
The contractor favoured Guttercrest’s aluminium building products thanks to their lightweight, cost effective and low maintenance product range.
